Mukund has a background that is unique but very helpful to most of  his clients.  He was  the Receiver of Property for the High Court of Bombay (Mumbai).

In that role he managed numerous corporations and corporate assets, even including a large power plant development project and supervised a large staff of employees.

As an attorney, he was selected to be the adjudicator of disputes for the Port of Mumbai (this by the High Court) and also one of eight approved arbitrators (by the Supreme Court).

These appointments are not surprising, as Mukund has been a civil and criminal court judge.

In his private attorney role, he emphasizes commercial and defense trial law and consults on India business issues, including outsourcing.
