Superior Student Writing Program

We're looking for a few good papers, and if we find them we will publish them here, in e-DICTA for the benefit of the 30,000 lawyers and law students that are TIPS Members..  Our first paper is in the form of an expanded casenote.  We usually wouldn't publish a case note.  But this one includes a good discussion of the Tripartite relationship, a very important subject for most TIPS Members.  And the paper is well written.  We think it is a significant contribution to the literature.

If you are a law student author with a paper not yet published in other publications or,  which, if previously published, is still available for publication by us under its copyright status (we favor the unpublished paper), submit it to us for review.

The first article selected is:

Nathan Andersen's review of the Tripartite arrangement in light of an Arizona Supreme Court opinion,
"Risky Business: Attorney Liability In Insurance Defense Litigation
"
