Hinshaw & Culbertson's newsletters If you total all the lawyers in all their various offices around the country, Hinshaw has one of the largest professional liability practices in the country. It utilizes its practice base to turn out a number of articles on legal ethics and legal malpractice.. Ben Cowgill has a e-newletter on Legal Ethics (its focus is on Kentucky, but has much for a lawyer in any state.) You have to subscribe to the legal e-newsletter, but there also is a blog on legal ethics that he writes. Cowgill has exhibited a lot of effort in what he produces. McCauley's Legal Ethics in Virginia pages (its focus is on Virginia, but has much for a lawyer in any state.)
