About the Editor

Leonard Bucklin, the editor of Neoethics, is a civil trial lawyer, an author, and an ethicist.  He delivers seminars and serves as a legal ethics and malpractice expert witness.

Bucklin is of counsel to Bucklin, Klemin and McBride, P.C., a regional law firm in Bismarck, ND. His 40 plus year legal practice has included litigation for both plaintiff and defendant as well as commercial law and other transactional and office practice. He also has been General Counsel to an Insurance Company. He is a principal of Corporate-Ethics.US, a corporate ethics and governance consulting service.

He is a Fellow, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. (The Academy attempts to identify the top 500 trial lawyers in the United States, and selected trial attorneys in other countries.). A member of sundry professional organizations, and admitted in the past to four state bars and several federal bars, including the U.S. Court of Claims  and the United States Supreme Court:  his experience in numerous states allows him to discuss issues arising in several states's patterns of legal practice.
