Bucklin is of counsel to Bucklin, Klemin and McBride, P.C., a regional law firm in Bismarck, ND. His 40 plus year legal practice has included litigation for both plaintiff and defendant as well as commercial law and other transactional and office practice. He also has been General Counsel to an Insurance Company. He is a principal of Corporate-Ethics.US, a corporate ethics and governance consulting service. He is a Fellow, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. (The Academy attempts to identify the top 500 trial lawyers in the United States, and selected trial attorneys in other countries.).
